Holley Colorado SpringsChAT fights against drugsI read with interest the D-ll Digest produced by School District 11 and published in the Gazette Telegraph last Sunday. Of particular interest was the Kids on the Block puppet program w hich encourages children to just say no to drugs. This is certainly a laudable program and I'm glad to see it in District 11 schools.Parents and other District 11taxpayers should know, however, that the Children's Awareness Theatre (ChAT) has presented substance abuse programs in District 1 1 and five other El Paso County school districts for the past two years. ChAT is a non-profit organization which employs live actors in programs about not only substance abuse, but self-image, suicide avoidance, school spirit, and other childhood concerns as well. The
