VIEW ECLIPSEMany Delphos People See Unusual Phenomenon as Moon Pass.es in Front of Sun and Cuts Off Most of Its Light and Heat —- Leslie Peltier- Calls Attention to Peculiar Shape of Light Spots at Time of Eclipse.Delphos people in general took time off Wednesday afternoon to view the eclipse of the sun and most of them found it a spectacle well worth watching. ,The riioon was seen cutting in on the edge fc'f the sun's disk shortly after two o'clock and it continued c-n its way across thp face of the orb of day, reaching its nearest approach-to, a .total .eclipse -at about 3:20 then gradually ...passing ^off until the sun •was again sending .its full quota of light and heat to the .earth here. .As ;the ni-con cut in upon the face of. the sun; the ^ decrease . in, the light •which arrived^ at 'the earth was vei*y noticeable,- especially-when the eclipse ' was neai-est totality. The' light also had a peculiar shade which gave to the landscape■ rather- a weird appearance.There .was also a decided'change in temperature.
