Here they made their home until about two years ago when they again made £f change, and retired from active work, purchasing the home where they now reside.Mr. Potter is a veteran of the civil war and belonged to Co. G, 132 111. Yol. He is very active in the G. A. R., also very prominent in the Masonic order.Mrs. Potter is a prominent worker in the Methodist church and also affiliated with the Order of Eastern Star.To them were born eight children, seven of whom are living. The following are the sons and daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Potter: Mrs. Eva Kelly and Miss Ada Potter, who reside at home; E. S. Potter and Glen Potter, Peoria; F. A. Potter, Moline, 111.; Mra. J. 0.
