Westmoreland Vice Crusader Reopens BattleMONESSEN, Pa. WV-Tlic Methodist minister who heads “Operation Crusade'* is waging a new campaign today to get three federal government agencies to look into what he calis federal law violations in Westmoreland County.“Operation Crusade** is a campaign. led by church officials, against vice and corruption in Westmoreland County. The leader, the Rev. Mr Allen J. Howes of Monesscn, wants action on these four fronts:1. He is asking the Senate Judiciary Committee to make an inquiry into the official behavior of U. S. District Court Judge Wallace S. Gourley in connection with a federal grand jury probe of pur-ported election irregularities.2. The Rev. Mr. Howes wants the U. S. Department of Justice to prosecute District Attorney L. Alexander Sculco on chargbs he unlawfully interfered with the activities of crusade leaders.3. The crusade is demanding that the Justice Department investigate the freeiug . of Dominic Anzalone after his conviction on charges he falsely represented himself to be a citizen.4. And the Rev.
