Golden Wedding AnniversaryMr. and Mrs. W. P. Sturm of Fairbury celebrated their golden wedding anniversary Thursday, 57 friends and relatives surprising them with a covered dish dinner. Their wedding cakes were made by two of their daughters, Mrs. L. C. Kenney and Mrs. Harry Boggs.Mr. and Mrs. Sturm were married October 26. 1883 at Keokuk, la., and have made Fairbury their home for the past 32 years. They have seven children: John andWalter Sturm, Mrs. L. C. and L. A. Kenney, of Fairbury; Mrs. Jay D. Clark, Fresno, Calif., Mrs. Harry Boggs and Lena Sturm,A telegram was received fromMrs. Clark at Fresno during th# evening. Many beautiful and useful gifts were received by the honored couple.Out of town guests were Mr. and Mrs. Morris Horner, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Nelson, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Boggs, Mrs. Roy Boggs and Miss Lena Sturm, Beatrice; Mr. and Mrs. Hoag and family, Powell.Other guests were Mrs. L.
