Mr. and Mrs. S. E. Large Celebrate Golden Wedding Tuesday at Open House AffairMr. and Mrs. Samuel Ellis Large, 510 East Thirteenth, wiher 30, by observing OpenWedding anniversary Tuesday, Octo-became the bride of Samuel Ellis Large Octo-observingMary and MarySistOrr, Indian Territory. Orr was located about 35 miles west of the present site of Ardmore.The couple moved to Francis in 1903, coming to Ada the first week in 1943.Mrs. Large was born in Eastland county, Texas. She recalls that her father, a stonemason, helped to move the old town of Ada and aided in the erection of many of the buildings here.Mr. Large was born in Prescott, Ark. At present he is custodian at the Church of Christ.Eight children were born to the couple, of which six are living. They include: W. M. Large,Roswell, N.
