Nash passed the 79th milepost on the road of life, and in commemoration of the event her children prepared a birthday dinner and had a surprise in store for their dear .old mother, which was not only enjoyed by her, but by all participants. Also in memory of the day, her grand-daughter. Miss Pearl Phillips, daughter of Mr.and Mrs. Ed Phillip, had arranged a further surprise by appointing that day and occasion as the time for a matrimonial service in whichMktiiodist—Rev M. S. The affair had been kept very quiet, not even the immediate family being aware of her intention. Mr. and Mrs. Clynch left via the 10:15 a. m. Frisco Monday for Halett, their future home. The Sun trusts that the graml-mother may see many more birthdays and enjoythem as she did this one, and that the lives of the newly wedded couple may prove a blessing to each.
