The Venturas as they are today.—(Kenosha News Photo)Ventura anniversaryWednesday will be the 50th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Dominic Ventura, 6041 44thAve.They will celebrate the event with a reception and buffet supper Saturday at 6:30 p.m. at the VFW Club. A mass for them will be said at 11 a.m. at Mount Carmel Catholic Church.Married Oct. 26, 1916 at the old Holy Rosary Church (nowMount Carmel), they have resided in Kenosha during their married life. The husband worked at American Motors, retiring in 1961.They have seven children, Frank, Mrs. Oliver (Marion) Wondrash, Mrs. Vincent (Mary Elizabeth) Mancuso, Domenik, Miss Frances Ventura, and Louis Ventura, all of Kenosha, and Natali, Detroit. There are 23 grandchildren.
