Etta Bogard of this city has decided she wants a divorce -from Joseph P. Bogard who now lives in Sullivan county. Her suit for di-orce tiled late Wednesday afternoon. Her attorney is L. A. Meyer, \ The complaint alleges that the pair Lwere married in 188 6. The plaintiff Ktefs that during all her married Efe she performed all her duties to-Iward the defendant and treated him r in all respects as a true and loving 'wife, but that the defendant wholly I unmindful of his marital vows, failed ' to perform his duties toward the Lplaintiff as his wife in that for more ■than two years he has wholly failed ■hM refused to provide for the plain-Hfiahd her family; that he was in the BpAt of becoming intoxicated and Wpl ho has' cruelly and inhumanely Hj^Sd the plaintiff by striking her ■ 1 threatening her with a revolver. The plaintiff prays for a divorce and the custody of her children. --
