There i are 215 rogular members, 90 family i memliers, 7 associate and 7 honor-! ary meinhers. The annual meeting for the eleetion of officers will be held at Seoville Institute Oct. 2s, at H j). m. The questions of increasing the limit of meinliership to250, the annual duos to $40,00 and the admission fee to $50.00 after Mareh 1, 1902, will also bo voted on at that meeting.
