They carried colonial bouquets of crimson roses encircled/with white carnations and theirpearl earrings and necklaces were gifts of the bride.IMiss Karen Sue Klein, niece of the bridegroom, flowergirl was attired in a gown of white silk organdy. She carried a white basket of crimson rose petals and wore white flowers in her nair.James Klein of Sellergbufg, brother of the bridegroom, was best man and ushers were Leon Sirios of Shelfby and Paul Schuyler, Harold Huff and Earl Beeler, all of Lowell.Mrs. Bartz chose a blue wool sheath dress for her daughter’s wedding and wore dark accessories. Mrs. Klein was attired in a blue lace dress with white accessories. Both mothers wore corsages of white carnations androses.Luncheon was served at Tei-bel’s restaurant for the wedding party and the immediate families and a reception was held in the evening at the American Legion hall. Mrs. Paul McDonald and Mrs. Reece Clinton of Shelby and Mrs. Charles Surprise, §r., of Lowell presided at the refreshment table. Mrs. John Has-lett of Shelby registered the guests.The couple made a honeymoon trip to Chicago and Wisconsin, the bride traveling in a melon wool sheath dress with matching jacket and dark accessories. She wore an orchid corsage.The new Mrs. Klein, a graduate of Lowell high school is a member of the Iiowell Tribune staff.
