The luncheon table was centered with a huge ] wedding cake elaborately trimmed ( and gold tapers and gold chrysan- j themums completed the decora- , tiona. ‘‘Silver ThreadsAmong the ‘ Gold, When You and I Were Young, Maggie” and - When- -1 Grow Too Old to Dream” were sung by. Mrs,JT» D, Miner, accompanied at the .organ by her daugh-ter, Mrs. Virgil Corbley. A purse of silver was given Mr. and Mrs. Thompson ' by Olaf Halverson on behalf of the group. The afternoon ^as- spent socially.Sons and daughters of the couple and their families attending were Mr. and Mrs. Otto Krueger and family, Mr. and Mrs. Emory Hartman and family, Mr. and Mrs, William Krueger, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Thompson and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Thompson and family. Other relatives of Mrs. Thompson prgsent were Mrs. Q. F.Strobeck, Mr. and Mrs; Ole Anderson,.- Mr. and. Mrs. Olaf: Halverson and family, and Mr. and Mrs. S. Canfield and family.
