The 50th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. George C. Whiting occurs Nov. 7th. As this date falls on Sunday, the evening of the 8th has been fixed upon by the many friends of these worthy half-century sojourners in the state of matrimony as the time for celebrating on a gold basis. The latch-string witl be out to everyone who has a S50 coin in his pocket, and to all.
