Medical, Civic Leader, 80, Dies in IdahoTribMna Levied WirePOCATELLO, Ida.. Oct. 19—Dr. William Forrest Howard. 80, 115 S. Garfield ave., leader in the medical profession and in community activities here since 19,02, died Tuesday noon at his home, of a heart ailment.He suffered a stroke about six weeks ago and required hospitalisation but had been recovering at hla home for the past 11 days.Dr. Howard was noted for helping to make Idaho conscious of its history and he spent a lifetime in civic work.
