HELD IN FICTITIOUS DRAFTSAN DIEGO, Oct. 20 (UP) — San Diego police today held Clarence F. Gorham, 57, in connection with a fictitious draft allegedly issued by Gorham in exchange for stock in a Salt Lake City building and loan association.4Police said Gorham represented himself to Ira D. Putnam of San Diego, former Salt Lake broker and member of a Hollywood brokerage firm, as amember of a* brokerage company in*Salt Lake sent to purchase stock.
