English, District Nurse of Worsley, returned on Wednes-day from Hines Creek where she assisted the medical clinic that held a two days session there.VWhilst speaking of the medical clinic we should like to know, what good can be derived from a visit of the medical and dental clinic to Hines Creek, by the children of the northern schools of Montagneuse Valley. Worsley and Clear Prairie? If the Departmentof Health were in earnest they%-would have these travelling clinics go some miles inland from the comfort of Pullman cushions to bring much needed attention to the children in these out-lying districts.Enumerators of the Electors have been appointed through the country. In this immediate vicinity Thos Walker has been appointed enumerator for Montagneuse Poll and Peter A. Hughes for Eureka River.Mi ss Edith Stephenson of Montagneuse Valley, leaves on Tuesday for a visit to her grandmotherat Bentlev. Alta. On Friday even-• *ing a goodly crowd assembled at her home and after a pleasant evening of dancing and music wished her “bon voyage”.On Saturday last the young sonof Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Bean of*Montagneuse Valley, was taken to the Fairview Hospital suffering j from tonsilitis. IBen Basnett’s threshing outfit has moved out to Hines Creek, where there is considerable work to be done if the weather permits.Next week we shall have something to say about t he road camps and the policy pursued in putting men to work.
