The tobacco which was grown in Pennsylvania arid Florida was shipped iij. -When the ’tobacco is reatfy to use it -isstripped by toeing ■ the stem out of dite leaf; then it Was laid flat and rolled in Mis. Uater it wasput in cans' to keep moist untilready to m'ake cigars, i For making cigars they used three kinds of tobacco. The filler was broken up in the h)and and the binder was rolled around the filler. It was put in a press and left for a while and then it was taken out and a wrapper was cut from a better grade of tobacco which was wrapped around the cigar and the edges sealed down. Then it was put in a box thatwould hold 50.Then there was the Hand Made Cigar called the Panatetlja. lt was all made by hand. It was shaped by rolling in the hand. It was* located in the northwest corner of Moul-on, Where the corn bins are and going halfway North tp the Que-dor Probasco flarm. The land was owned by the town. The fair lasted a week. Tents were put up for the CuHrtary and Stock exhibits. There were rides on Midway such-as the Merry-go-round, Ferns Wheel and every afternoon sulky races were held.
