PUT KELLY AT HEAD OF COMMUNITY CHESTWHITING, Oct. 18.—At a meeting of the Community Chest board, last night, Dewey Kelly, of the law firm of Fetterhoff, Algren Kelly, was elected president of the Community Chest, for this year.Mr. Kelly is well qualified for this work, and all who were present at last night’s meeting, pledged their support to him, in 'this annual charitable work. The sacrifice of personal time by those who take an active part in this drive, is great, but because the Community Chest takei care of all local charities, a great overhead expense is saved. The cost to the individual contributing is also much less.
