IllGave Surprise Partyfor Her Husband.Mis Alonso P. Htxon gave a surprise party for her husband Tuesday evening at their beautiful farm home in honor of his -Rid birthday anniversary. Mr. Hixon was at the home of oue of the neighbors when the party fame On his return home he was greatly surprised to find the house filled with guests to the number of fifty to remind him of his birthday. The evening was very pleasantlyin a social conversation, music and old-fashioned songs. At 10 | o’clock the guests repaired to the din-ine-room. which had been decoratedwith chrysanthemums.
