“RAT SKIN CASE ISIN COURT TODAYThe case of II. L. Pence Co., of New York, vs. James A. Gregory, a suit for $1,500 judgment, Is on* In the Circuit Court today. The case was venued here from Union county. The plaintiffs allege that the Pence company, through its agent, l*. A. Miller, bought from Gregory a lot of fur, of a certain grade and value, but that the fur which Gregory shipped to New York was an entirely different and greatly Inferior lot, B. F. Shively, of Richmond, is attorney for the plaintiffs and Reuben Conner, is appearing for the defense* The case is attracting little locally. ■■
