Donald Esslinger, pastor of First Church of Christ-Congregation, Norwich gave the invocation.Guests at the head table included Grand Standard Bearer of the Grand Commandery, Knights Templar, State of New York, Orrie H. Little of Vestal; District Deputy Martin Lewicki of Sherburne, of the 85th District, New York State Council, K of C; District Deputy Kennard Brown, of Whitney Point, of Broome - Chenango District, A FM; the Rev. Richard Gib-lin, assistant pastor of St. Paul’s who is chaplin of Norwich Council 211, K of C, who gave the benediction.August H. Brunner of Binghamton, newly apjxrinted as master of the Fourth New York District, fourth degree, Knights of Columbus, was introduced by John E. Tiquin, acting as Faithful Navigator of Norwich Gen-eral Assembly, Fourth Degree.Neil R, Baker of Syracuse, who is the lmmediate past Grand Commander of the Grand Com. mandery, Knights Templar, State of New York.The Opening and Closing Ceremonies of Norwich General Assembly were exemplified inform and a platoon of members of Norwich Commandery performed the sword drill from the Install-ation of Officers ceremony under the capable direction of Sir Knight Wesley Aldrich.
