Sf. John AME schedules 111th anniversary programW* «St. John AME church will observed its 111th anniversary Saturday, Oct. 28, at 6:30 p.m. in the Royal Regency room at Burlington’s Holiday Inn.Rev. Hubert N. Robinson, bishop of the Fourth Episcopal District will be the banquet speaker. The district represents Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Canada.Norma Abhby and Terry Strother will be vocal soloists.Dinner reservations should be made before Friday, Oct. 20, withElsie Drew (754-8598) or Evelyn Rideout (752-4073).Robinson will deliver the 11 a.m. sermon at St. John church, 213 N. Central Ave., on Sunay, Oct. 29.
