No.“The conference then proceeded to fill up the board of stewards. When Brother John Wheeler was appointed in the place of Brother Easterly who has removed out of thebounds of the circuit. NathanSanford and Thomas Miller were appointed. Brother G.W, Howe from Medina class recommended through Brother Brewster from Medina class as a proper person to be licensed as a local preacher in the ME Church who being duly examined on doctrine anddiscipline was licensed topreach.“On motion resolved that a committee be appointed to attend the quarterly meetingconference of WellingtonCircuit to solicit approval of the avails of the sale of the parsonage in Westfield to be given to Medina Circuit, that Brother Brainard, N. Sanford and T. Wilcox be on thatcommittee.“On motion resolved thatcommittee be appointed to estimate the amount necessary to defray the fuel and table ex peases of the preacher in charge of the circuit and that N. Sanford, G.W. Howe and Thomas Willcox be that committee. On motion resolved that the conference adjourn.
