A year ago the house refused to provie funs for the Teton project.The bill also includes $1 million to begin work on a transmission line which would carry Bonneville Power to Southern Idaho. The appropriation is contingent on faihue oi BonnevillePower Administration to reach agreement with Idaho Power Co. for wheeling power over the latter’s lines.Other Idaho projects given funds in the bill are flood control projects on the Porlneuf River, $2 million, and in the Heise-Roberts section, $439,000.
