Friday, October 8, 1948John Mundine Descendants Have Reunion*The descendants of John C- Mun-dine. who settled near Brenham in Washington County in 1927 and moved to Lexington in Lee County in 1841, held a reunion at Barton Springs recently.Six generations of the family were present.Those attending from Austin included Messrs. -and Mesdames Roy Straud, Pat M. Williams, Charles O. Krause, Leroy Archer, Melvin McCoy, Dave Sherman Jr„ Mr. andMrs. Don Mundine and daughter. Nina and Gail; Mrs. Iva Morrelland sons. Lavon and Paul; Mrs. Blanche Stone, Mrs. Mary Langston. Miss Dorothy Mundine and T. P. Walker.Those from Elgin were: Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Hopper and daughter, Virginia; Mr. and Mrs. Prewitt Huff and daughter, Corrine; Mr. and Mrs. L. F..Clark and Mrs. Lottie Fisher.Also attending were Mr. and Mrs. H. L. Gray of Llano; Mr. and Mrs. Winford Mundine and son, Tommie. Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Butler, Mr. and Mrs. Ollie Mundine, Mrs. Lydia Mundine.
