Honored at the; luncheon with Mrs. Haynes were' members of her official board and • a number of charter members. ;Heading the list of charter members present was Mrs. Clar-; ence Grimes who 21 years agoSETTLEnity that was then North Long Beach and rounded up a group of neighborhood women who banded together as a community club, forming the nucleus of the present North Long Beach Women's Club.Mrs. Florence Harris presented each charter member with a corsage as she was introduced. Those presented were Mmes. J. O. Broughton, Sidney O'Neil, Carl Hcsford, G. C. Seguine, L. G. Culp, Dorothy Carter and Gertrude Scales.New officers presented by Mrs. Haynes were Miss Belly Wisker,.
