CHRISTIAN CHURCH AT CLERMONT*Dedication services for the new Clermont Christian Church, Clermont, Ind., will be held Sunday, Oct. 14. In charge of the Rev. C. W. Cauble of Indianapo-; 11/?, state secretary of the Disciples of; Christ. The Rev, I* Doyle'Mullen Is pastor. An, all-day program has been arranged and a largo number of visitors Is expected.The Rev. Mr. Calible will preach at 10:30 o’clock Sunday morning on “The House of the- Lord.” Miss Ruth Tufrpin ■will play special musical numbers. Mrs.Charles Marshall will sing a oolo.Following dinner Ip the basement, an afternoon Song service will begin at 2 o'clock. W* E. M. HacMeman will sing. Sowers and Reapers. ...At the evening service at 2j30 o clock, the Rev. Mr. Cauble will preach on “A Perfect Day. The Third Christian Church quartet will sing. - Mrs. ClydeMatthews will sing a aoio, “A Perfect Day.The new church is a brick structure wit/1 l corner entrance, ft has a large-p.udltorinm and ample Sunday school facilities. The ehurch has a large basement, which will he used for social purposes.The trustees of the church are ByronHockensmlth;— Don Ross- and MuratBrown. The elders are W, S. Moore, Charles Jones, . John Merz and Fred KfecUmmcr. The deacons are Clarence Dickerson. Earnest Chambers, Clyde Matthews, Phillip Fox, Frank Ayres, William Donovon, Lon Ross. Murat Brown, Lawrence Fox, George Harris and Donnell Good.Members of the building committee are Earnest Chambers, chairman; John Merz, secretary; Byron Hocketismith, treasurer;, Clyde Matthews, Murat Brown and Lon Rosa.: The Rev. Mr. Mulled, who Is a student at Butler college, has been pastor Of the church for three and a half years.
