MRS. ANNA ZINGG DIED LAST THURSDAYFuneral Was Held Monday P. M. From The M. E. ChurchAirs. Anna Zingg passed away last Thursday, September 28tli at. her rural home northwest of town; The funeral was held Monday afternoon. Services were conducted from the M. E. church with Rev. A. Howe, in charge.Mrs. Anna Braun Zingg was born in Kur‘Hessen, Germany, June 6th, 1845. She was baptized June 22, 1S45 at the Evangelical Reformed church in Bnukirehen, Germany.She came with her parents to America in 1849 or when she was but four years of age, and has therefore ’ I spent her whole conscious life in this l country. The family settled in Muscatine County. Iowa, where she lived with her parent* until she was married to Gottfried Zingg of Henry County, Iowa, Feb. 1866.This union was blessed with ten children, seven hoys and three girls. Her husband and two daughters have preceded her in death. Seven sdns If I and one daughter survive her. Four of the sons, namley John, Andrew, Henry, and Herman were staying with . 1-1 their mother at the time of, her is death. Herwig er of TVjilton Junction, besides a host of be other relatives and friends.*d Mr. and Mrs. Gottfried Zingg movie- I ed from Hardin County, Iowa, on Nov. 18 1894 to a farm near Ruf-eslfalo Center where they have resided ever since until her death. Her husband passed from this life on Sept. 25, 1909.Mrs. Zingg was an industrious woman. . She fell about five years ago and. praise her hip.
