Mrs Lucy Funk celebrated h-r seventy-first birthday las', Friday, by inviting a number of friends to the event. Those from a d’Stance pres ent were Mrs. B. F Everett and daughter Ethel, of Elkhart county, Mrs. D F. Loudenslager, of Col asm, Mrs.N. E. Jones and daughter Virginia, Mrs. E L. Jennings i f Eikturt, J D. Funk and wife, of Detroit, and Mr. and Mrs. Phin Childs of Corunna. The event pioyed to be a very happy one and the guests after spending the day returned 10 their homes with many good wishes for future an-ni versa rks.
