At a proper dour a magnificent dinner was served, and a long time was passed In the pleasures of the table. Mrs. Marsh converses with great ease and hears quite distinctly. During the day Dr. and Mrs. Mitchell, of Boe* ton, and Judge Nichols, of Batavia, looked In on the happy party, and themselves became happy In witnessing the joyous and almost unique event, which had for Its foundationthe deepest, truest, strongest, yet tenderest sentiment that lives 4n the heart of man— love and devotion to Mother.
