Greg Lowry, who said there is no way a criminal who commits sex crimes, especially those involving children, can be rehabilitated in two months.“He needs to do the time,” Lowry said.Lowry said Harrison shouldhave gotten many more years behind bars for several reasons. First, Harrison is the former police chief giving him an added responsibility to follow the law. Second, the crimes he committed, particularly those he escaped through a plea agreement, warrant a harsher sentence, he said.“He got off easy. He pleaded to victimless crimes.
