Elmer Eickhoffs Celebrate 25thAnniversaryFountain, Minn. — (Special) — More than; 100 friends and relatives of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Eickhoff gathered at thb St. John’s Luth-: eran church basement last Saturday to celebrate the couple's silver wedding anniversary.The celebration opened with a dinner at noon at which covers were laid for 18. Guests Included their attendants - of 25 years ago, Mrs. Richard Vehrenkamp and JosephFiuthum. The table was decorated in silver and yallow. The anniversary cake which centered the table, | was baked by Mrs. Emery Eickhoff. ! A devotional service was led by the Rev. Mock. Mrs. Klammer sang The Lord’s Prayer accompanied jby Mrs. Mock. Max Eickhoff, son of the honored guests, sang “Bless This House, accompanied by his sister, Miss Lila Eickhoff. Humorous readings and piano selections followed. Werner Klammer presided.Gifts and cards were presented to Mr. and Mrs. Eickhoff. Mrs. W. G. Schultz and son David, Jefferson, Iowa, were present. A supper was served. Open house was held at the couple's farm home in the evening.
