Van Nuys, and officers were elected for the ensuing year as follows: L. L. Test, president: A. R. Royal, vice-president; Mrs. W. N. Van Nuys, secretary;Miss Tower, treasurer. The evening was delightfully spent and the plan for the winter’s work mapped out.The death of Anthony Gardner, aged 75 years, occurred yesterday evening at the family'residonce on Lincoln avenue, near i the ostrich farm. Funeral services were held at the house this aftenoon at 2 j o’clock and interment was made in Mountain View cemetery.
