Bransky were yesterday admitted aB attorneys of the United States District Court upon motion of David Ash.The last will and testament of thelateWm.A. Fisher, senior member of the well known law firm of Fisher,Bruce Fisher, was admitted to pro-bate yesterday by the Orphans’ Court and letters testamentary were granted to Messrs. Charles D. Fisher, D. K. Este Fisher and Janon Fisher, the executors named in his will. The testator directs that, after the payment of his debts and funeral expenses, thatexpenses,provision be made for the pnrchase by relatives and friends of keepsakes as a memorial. He therefore leaves $100 to Mrs. Este, his mother-in-law; $100 to Mr. William Cabell Bruce, his son-in-law; $200 to each of his brothers and sisters, and to each of the children of his brother, Charles D. Fisher, and to his friend and schoolmate John P. Poe and his cousin J. Hough Cottman.cousin «i. Hough The sum of $200 is left to the parents of each of the testator's grandchildren, in trust, for the benefit of his grandchildren. To Mr.* Augustus Mann, Judge Fisher leaves $400, and to each of thehousehold servants of at least two years service, he leaves $100, and a like sum to Mr. John A. White, Miss Danalar and Mr. John V. Ward, employees in the law offices or Fisher, Bruce Fisher. The law books in the city residence are left to Mr. D. K. Este Fisher, and those in the country residence to Mr. W. Cabell Bruce. Mr. D. K.
