Carl Kings Wed 53 YearsMr. and Mrs. Carl King, Independence, were honored on their 53rd anniversary Sunday, Nov. 25 at their home. Hosts at the observance were the couple’s children who served coffee and cake to the 48 guests who were present.Mr. and Mrs. King were married Nov. 24, 1909 at the home of her parents at Hazleton.
