Library Anodatum of Wooeter:In making my report, as XJbrrl your Association for the first yearo existence, I beg leave to submit the fol ing facts:1st, The Library was opened to its members Dec. 14, 1882, at which time there were 100 volumes and a membership of 100. , ;2d, By considerable hard work and soliciting, we have to-day pn our roil 175 names. Of ibis number, '7 have moved from I oarcounty, 1 has died and 1 has been suspended for refnsing to pay fines imposed; deducting these welhaye 166 who are, or ought to be,' hbre to-night to bear th^ reports of the officers, and help partake of the repast that twill follow, (no doubt) jWe have anded to our Library since smarting 115 yols., making a total of 215 vpls.
