—The damage suit of William Han-oook versus R. S. Latta of Montrose commenced in the superior oourt Thursday morning. Latta is sued for 1*2,000 damages, for $1,000 actual damages and $1,000 punitive. This action grew out of a disturbance which occurred in the Hotel Montrose at Montrose some mouths ago, during the strawberry season.
