Mr.Serafin is the son of the late Martin P. and Mary Siembida Serafin.Their children are Mary Jane and Bob Wiethe of Durham,N.C., John Serafin and Tom Serafin, both of Oil City, and Ted Serafin and wife, Tracie, of Fort Myers, Fla.They also have three grandchildren.Ted and Helen SerafinMrs. Serafin is retired fromVenango Newspapers while her husband is a retired Oil City police officer.
