Pontifical solemn mass was celebrated at the Infirmary by Bishop Griffin of Springfield.Sister M. Agatha, superior at St. Anthony s. received from Archbishop A. G. Cicognanl, apostolic delegate of the Vatican to the United States, the following message from Washington:Test of letter. “Dear Sister Superior:“I am indeed pleased to inform t hat as you celebrate today the seventy-fifth anniversary of the , founding of the Sisters of St. Francis of the Martyr St. George, our Most Holy Father. Pope Pius XII. is pleased to extend to you and to all the members of your community his special Apostolic Benediction. It is the wish of His Holiness that this blessing be shared in by • he friends and benefactor* of the community, and by those who will ! loin with you in observing this p memorable anniversary.
