Schmidt.On Dec. 11, an evening family night will begin at 5:30 p.m. It will include an appearance by a special choir of Church School young people, a Chrismon hanging program elevating the symiwls of the Christian faith and the Advent season, and a potluck dinner Dec. 13 will be scheduled as a vocal recital of Advent music by Tamara Smith, accompanied by Mary Ann Knutson, at 7:30 p.m., in the chapel. On Dec. 15, the Adult Bell Choir will perform at the Young at Heart Club meeting at 11:30 a m.On Dec. 18 morning worship will include the appearance of the F estival Choir, the Chapel Choir and a service of music and worship emphasizing “Christmas Around the World.” A brass ensemble of area musicians consisting of Ron Foster, Bryan Miller, Steve Totten — trumpet; Jim Knutson and David Hargiss — tromlxme, will assist in providing musicOn Dec 19, the Adult Bell Choir will perform on cable TV at 5 p.m. On Dec. 21. there will be an organ recital in the sanctuary from noon to 12:30 by Gregory S. Fletcher Light, seasonal music will be featured.On Christmas Eve, the worship service will be at 7:30 p.m, which will include a traditional festival of lights, carols and banners The F'estival Choir and the Junior High Bell Choir will perform. Christmas Day worship will be one service at 10:30 a.m., and will include the celebration of the Lord’s Supper.
