Magoon was a charter member of the j American Legion post in Che- j haljs. a member of the American Legion post in Winloek, and a World War I Veterans member at Ryderwood.Following his graduation from ! Berkeley Baptist Divinity school, Berkeley, Calif., h i s first pastorate was at the First j Baptist church, Chehalis. He. also has held pastorates at 1 Ore., and Wenatchee. He was i pastor of the Ryderwood Com-1 munity church until recently; when the Rev. Dan King took! over.
