he reached in saletv.•*The people of near Hazel Dell in thePeditt neighborhood have been in greatsuspense for several weeks. A man fromBeaver Falls purchased the Peditt farmand the Andrew Hazen farm at a fanev « •figure, lie also made tempting oners to Mr. John llazen and Mr. Jas, Knox for the purchase of their farms. These farms all adjoin each other and are beautifully located upon tiie south bank of the ConiHM]uenessing, and are about one and a half miles from Rock Point. The line of the proposed Beaver Falls Marginal railaond runs through all of these farms, and while the purchaser didnot reveal his intentions, there is a great deal of speculation among the farmers. Some think it is for a town, while somethink that it is for a large' stock farm and some think it is for a railroad yard. The latter is hardly likely as the Marginal will connect with the iMttsburg Oc Western at West Wurtemburg, and it i- hardly likelv that they would locate their yard so far from that point. Let the real intention of the purchase of these farms be what they may, this much we will say, they are for the Beaver Falls Marginal Railroad.A. A.i
