Brune. at a reception Sunday night in the school hall. The reception, to begin at 8iI o’clock, will be in celebration of Father Brune’s twenty-fifth anniversary as pastor of St. Mary's.The anniversary observance will begin Sunday morning with solemn high mass at 11:15. Father Brune will he the celebrant. Father Paul Hebenstreit, a former assistant, will be dealt;*on and Father Walter Deppisch, assistant, i will be auhdearon. The aermon ! will be preached by Father Jamca A. Suddes of Springfield, formerly of St. Mary’s.Next Wednesday, at 10:30 a. m , Father Brune will celebrate a solemn high mast;, in the presence ,of Bishop William A. O’Connor of |Springfield, who will preach the sermon. Seminary classmates will assist at the mass. They are Fathers E. J. Douglas of Wood River, James Teiken of Batchtown and K.
