Campaign Against Resorts Tc Be Waged Following Killing of William GillespieThe killing: of William Gillespie, 33 years old, of 1616 Main street, Cincinnati, at the Kaintuek Country Club, aba.ve Melbourne, Ky., at 5:30 o’clock on Sunday morning, not only resulted in an investigation by federal prohibition agents, but will be the cause of a campaign against such places in Campbell County by Sheriff Louis B. Tie man*Gillespie died Sunday night at Speers Hospital sixteen hours after he had been shot in an altercation with Ferd Moeller, alias Mueller. 25 years old, Third street and Central avenue, Newport, who admitted firing the shot 'that killed Gillespie, but maintained he killed the man in self-defense.Working on the theory that the killing was the outcome of an all-night orgy, caused by moonshine and home-brew. Prohibition Agents Wood and Kinnard visited the place yesterday. They searched the rooms and found a pint bottle of moonshine.In a hut near the Melbourne j Brick Company's yard the agents , said they found two men preparing to make beer.
