W. Hamilton Spence officiating.They are the parents of two children: Earl, Westlake, Ohio and Mrs. Emil (June) Kollar of Unionlown. There arc two granddaughters and two grandsons.Mr. Kingan is a retired coal miner, having worked 48 years id district mines. He is a World •War I veteran and is a member of the Smithfield- American Legioii and United. MineWorkers.Mr. and Mrs. Kingan arc lifelong residents nf Fayette County and have resided at their present Smithfield address for; 33 years.
