Surface Charged In Mercer Wreck;I PRINCETON (RNS) — Aj Biuefield area man was charged with pulling into the| face of oncoming traffic follow*' ing a two-car collision at the intersection of Fifth Street and Highland Avenue in Princeton Friday.City Police said Johnny R. Surface, 23, of Route 1, Blue-field, was charged after a 1964' sports car he was driving collided with a 1966 model car driven by Raymond VanSut-phen, 54, of Route 2, Princeton.Investigating officers reported that Surface was traveling west on Highland and Van-Sutphen was going south on Fifth Street when the collision occurred. No one was injured but both vehicles received extensive damage.Sgt. C. P. Thorn and Patrolmen George W. Johnson and Marvin 0. Thorn conducted the investigation.
