Mr. Hardebeck was born in Ripley county, and before he engaged in farming for years operated a mill at Millhousen.The couple have seven children living at home with them and a daughter, Mrs. Henry Steltentohl who resides in Cincinnati. The event today was a joyous one in tbeir lives, which in the advanced age as they travel life’s western slope, slips by with all the gentleness of a tiny, babbling brook. The guests today remembered the happy couple with many handsome presents.Ed Donnell, former leader of the choir a few years ago, and wife sang a beautiful duet at the Presbyterian church Sunday morning.
