Golden Wedding CelebrationWednesday, November 4, was the golden wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Wrn. Cotter. Neighbors and relatives assembled at the Cotter home northwest of Laclede that evening and sprung a surprise on these good people. Of course the visitors all took with them baskets filled with dainties and all good things to eat and a royal feast was spread. Great honor is due those ladies for the fine dinner for the occassion and those present certainly did their part to appreciate it. Those present wrere A. J. Cotter, Browning; Sherman Cotter, Gutherie, Okla.; C. F. Sayles and family, Mr. and Mrs. R. T. Patterson, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hanson, Mr. and Mrs. C. P. Harter, Mr. and Mrs. Chris Eyman, Mrs. Jas. Gable, Mr. and Mrs. John Wade, Mr, and Mrs. Chas Luyster, Mrs. Elizabeth Ginther, Mrs. Minnie Turner, S. L. McGarrough, Ben Cotter and little son, Mrs. Frank Carter and daughter Minnie of Browning; N. S. Jones and family, G. L. Kranz and family, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Cotter, Mrs. Anna Forman and children, Mr. and Mrs. W. S. Cotter, Mrs. A. E. Abbot, Mrs. W. A.
