Ninety guests were from out of town. Their .children, Theron Scott and wife, Minneapolis, and Mrs. Rudolph Hagen and her husband, Whitehall, were hosts for the after*noon and evening.Mrs. J. F, Hager - poured. Assisting with the serving wore the Mes-dames Albert Hagen, Ben Mahle, Charles Briggs, Charles Kell hot* and Paul Van Horn. The anniversary cake, a gift from the children, was made by Mrs, Axne Rasmusoit. On the serving table stood ‘a tiny framed picture of Mr. and Mrs. Scott taken about the -time of their wedding BO years ago.■ For. the anniversary, Mrs. Scott wore a gray two-pioce afternoon frock and. a corsage of white chrysanthemums and pink carnations tied with gold ribbon, 'was a gift from her children. Her sister, Mrs. William Kelsey who had attended her at her wedding, was in black, and wore a corsage of gold chrysanthemums which Mrs. Scott hadgiven hor. Mr. Scott had a white chrysanthemum boutonniere.Among the many gifts which the Scotts received was a table lamp which was presented by the Royal Neighbor lodge to which Mrs. Scott: i has belonged for more than 40 years land of which she has been oracle lor many years, They also received flowers and ‘plants from Mrs. Jay Scott, Milwaukee, Mr. and Mrs. C. B.
