Tuttle, first lieutenant, Coffeyville; Air Medal, James Ira Longan, second lieutenant, Mulberry.Missouri—Air Medal: George T. Snodgrass, technical sergeant, Exeter; Claude E. Burke, staff Sergeant, Webb City.
